5 years apprenticeship and many years in the business ensure that the radiator you need rebuilt or re-made will be as good, if not better, than the original.
Tools, knowledge, new and old materials, all acquired over the years and a database of hundreds, if not thousands of radiator specifications enable us to reconstruct rotted and damaged radiators.

And, if they are too far gone, even for us, then we can remake them.

Because occasionally the manufacturer has had to compromise on the specification of the original radiator, we find that certain cars run rather hot in summer. For those cars, we have devised more efficient systems either by using higher density tubes or increasing the number of cores all within the original size. We find that these systems prove to be more efficient and allow the car to run at optimum temperatures.
